Meet Zoe (She/Her)

Zoe is a learning expert with almost two decades of organisational learning experience, spanning a multitude of industries and specialisms. 

Now specialising in Diversity, Inclusion, Equality, Equity & Belonging, Zoe is using her expertise, knowledge, behavioural techniques and storytelling ability to help individuals and organisations create a true sense of inclusion and belonging within themselves and their places of work. 

Zoe has project managed, developed and delivered a wide variety of learning programmes, strategic planning and DEIB learning interventions within the UK and worldwide. She has coached and mentored many talented individuals and helped to support their career growth through formal and informal learning and coaching. 

In her innovative approach, she uses learning science (rather than traditional approaches), which creates strength of insight (otherwise known as ‘aha moments’) for individuals and teams to reflect on the impact each person has on others.

As an advocate for personalised learning interventions, she believes it is key to support each individual to reach their full potential in a way that works for them; supporting people to find ways of unlocking their ‘unconscious thinking’. 

Her diverse approach activates personal accountability for how each individual and the impact of their language, behaviours and actions have on others. She has a track record of empowering individuals and teams to understand, connect and grow with each other to enable greater inclusivity. This allows learners to feel they are making a difference, which enables the individual/team to do everything within their ability to ‘do the right thing’.

She is a big believer in doing the right thing and ‘actions speak louder than words’, so is also heavily involved with non-profit organisations, supporting social mobility programmes in her local community. 

She believes that inclusive actions can make long-lasting societal changes and level out the playing field to create a fairer world for all.
