By using inclusion nudge™ theory and cognitive restructuring we create individual awareness and curiosity, allowing space to reflect and build accountability; this is the key to changing behaviours. 


We focus on taking your people on a journey, beginning with the foundations of what D&I is at the core, then leading them to learning how to apply their new awareness, knowledge and curiosity with actionable activities that change perceptions, behaviours and challenge non-inclusivity within themselves and others.
